"The staff at the Baymont was very friendly. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed was on the firmer side which my husband enjoyed. The bath products were excellent. The breakfast area was very clean and the breakfast options were good. My only suggestion is to include instructions for the treadmill, it was not easy to use, and the gym equipment needed cleaning. "

"The parking spaces were a good size but the parking lot surface was bumpy. This was noticed while pushing the luggage chart to and from my car. The parking lot needs resurfacing. The landscaping was not overly appealing but was maintained. The elevator was somewhat small but worked adequately. The room was clean and spacious. I used the gym but it was on the small side for more than two. My head was close to the ceiling while using the treadmill. Overall, the staff was conscientious and professional. The breakfast and Costa coffee were great. Overall, this is an excellent facility and was a very good value. I would stay at this facility again if in the area."

"We had a few issues with our room with the tub and issues with housekeeping not really fully cleaning the room or leaving things behind like toilet paper so we would have to call downstairs. Another issue was twice during our stay. The fire alarm system went off and it seemed to be some kind of issue because even the emergency phone would go off at times in the hallway so I definitely think that’s something they should look into if it wasn’t intentionally done .Another issue for us was that the on-site restaurant wasn’t always open for breakfast or dinner so that made things kind of hard when trying to plan but overall the staff was really friendly. The hotel was very clean and definitely would stay there again."

"I asked to check in early about 1.5 hours early they didn't check just said I needed to wait. I asked for a receipt upon checking out and they couldn't print one. Other than that the hotel was clean and well kept. Great deal."
