"Terrible. We would not stay here again. They put us in an older area of the hotel that had not been open for a while. We checked in put our bags down left to eat then returned to bugs in the shower/bathroom all over. When we called to asked to be moved rooms we were told we would be charged $40 because the only room they had was river view rooms. We asked to speak to manager because literally we removed ourselves and luggage from the room. They said they would move us but to know the room we will be staying in has a shower that is heavily stained and in need of repair. I spoke to someone on the way to the other room who said the SANTA FE side of the hotel has been closed for some time and was recently having pest issues so they should not have treated us that way. Nothing was done at all. Also, I was charged $10 extra online at expedia for having more than 2 people. When I got to the hotel they said that was not correct, they do not charge unless you have more than 4 people. So overall I would NOT stay here again. Only good this was they had a comedy club downstairs we attended because I needed a drink after so many hours of stress and waiting for a new room. When I left they apologized but then said since I booked thru expedia I would need to reach out to them. It was a wild time but gratefully we only slept there one night and checked out early. If you care about comfort and cleanliness this is NOT the place. If you do stay the SEDONA side is newer but still not great. "

"I have never in my adult life had to wait for over an hour in line to check into a hotel. Total wait time at Laughlin River Lodge was nearly 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. The check in process was inefficient and, when coupled with only three staff members to process dozens of guests, an absolute nightmare. Room was okay and seemed clean."

"Room look old, the ac vent was in a weird location in the corner facing away from the bed, it wasn't properly cleaned. I found stuff next to the bed and behind the dresser. The restaurants and adult pool area was nice. The lady where you get on the river boat was nice and very informative. She was able to answer all our questions. I wish they had an area where we could watch the boxing fight that was on Saturday. Free parking was nice and self check in kiosk were great. I didn't have to wait in line to check in and get my room key."

"The property was clean but the rooms a little dirty not as clean as they were before. They need to put coffee and microwaves in the rooms especially for the senior and handicapped guest. Overall we had a good stay."

"Nice place to stay. Great central location. Easy walk to all of Laughlin. Stayed in room #809, which was a top floor (3rd) middle unit on the south side of building 6/7/8. Two nights in late-April 2026. Negatives: No USB ports. Card key stopped working on second evening, requiring a walk & wait to the front desk. Subjectively, no coffee or tea was provided (we brought our own with travel kettle). Positives: Easy check-in. Abundant free parking. Easy exterior access to the rooms (no walking a mile thru a casino, up the elevator, another mile down the corridor, etc.) Room was quiet, clean, & comfortable. Moderate size room with proper desk, chair, & sofa. Water was instant hot with extra strong pressure in the shower. Free Wi-fi worked well. I gave a whole star for providing easy to use EV charging. Five chargers located close to the casino, which are completely free at this point in time. Check-out was easy, just leave the key in the room. Final thoughts: I liked this place. It provides good lodging at a good price. And if you own an EV, it's an outstanding value! We'll be back."
