"The staff was amazingly nice. We had our dog and what a clean and very dog, friendly staff and clientele. We were there for a triathlon and did not get back until checkout time and they gave us a late check out couldn’t have been a better experience."

"This is a bad hotel. Even at a lower rate it was dirty, carpets were terrible and room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke. Shower was broken and the key stopped working after two hours. Also many different characters in and out of the area all night long. Would not recommend at all. "

"Is this a hotel or an apartment? House hold blinds on windows, small kitchen with nothing in cabinets, metal frame cheap bed that moves every time you get in and out of bed, cheap alarm, dirty headboard, lobby where behind the desk looks like an office, check in person not talking with “please” or “thank you” and no smiling. Feels very cheap. Where else are the cutting corners? Did not feel comfortable thinking this while sleeping there. And one more thing I really dislike that only few very few hotels have ever made me do, I arrive tired, dragged my luggage into lobby, check in takes a long time, then finally, when you think you can finally go to your room, you can’t. I need to drag my luggage back outside, walk back to my car so because I have to put a parking pass on my dashboard and get them my car plate number. Then walk back again to the lobby with my luggage. Omg. I just want to go somewhere where things are nice, people are pleasant and rooms don’t look like Im staying at an old home. Come on guys. "

"We have never ever had such a horrible experience like we did at this hotel. There was literally a missing chunk of flooring in the middle of the room, hair all over our sheets, AC broken, the privacy curtain broken. Our bathroom was coated in black grime, finger prints all over the furniture, brown and yellow stains throughout the walls. We booked two nights and asked to be either moved to another room or cancel the next day but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all. We ended up booking another hotel the next day due to the horrible conditions and it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t even offer any accommodation. The photos are deceiving, It was very disappointing! A horrible way to start our short vacation here in phoenix. Long story short- avoid this hotel at all costs! "
