โรงแรมใกล้ศาลา The Halls Wolverhampton, เบอร์มิงแฮม

"Nice apartment, as described, host was helpful, on price for the area but I think a bit expensive overall unsure why hotels in Wolverhampton are so expensive."

"excellent staff clean"

"The bed was Black with Mould underneath the mattress cover, This place is a health and safety issue I have asked them for a refund, and I am Blocked I will escalate this to a higher level to get them inspected and closed down until they meet the standard above a stable. due to their rudeness to what I found. DO NOT GO THERE FOR HEALTH ISSUES. No Heating in room but towel rail worked room 12."

"They offered a sit-down complimentary breakfast that looked good; unfortunately, I was pressed for time and had to just grab some pastries off the table. The stay was super enjoyable."

"The hotel was beautiful inside and out. The staff were welcoming and helpful The food was excellent and freshly cooked The beds were comfy and all the amenities were there"

"Elevator is out of order. Part of the hotel is renovating so there is dust at the pathway to the car park.(and in the room is also dusty.) The most serious issue is the shower valve is not functioning for the warm or cold water so there is only very hot water is coming and it almost burns me. I tried to inform the receptionist but he said that he couldn’t do anything except trying off and on the main water boiler which could not help for our problem. I asked to change the new room but he didn’t...

"The check in instructions were a little confusing. Also the apartment is not that great given the price and the area. You could get a better room at the premier hotel"

"Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!"

"Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. "

"Ingen eller bristfällig kontakt med värden Fick inchecknings uppgifer 20:30 mot lovat 16:00 Oklar information ang.nycklar och koder Ostädat och allmänt sunkigt"
