Perfect hotel, location and room

We had a lovely stay and everything was perfect. The location, room and staff! Very cosy and big room, right by the beach and also next to restaurants and close to supermarked. The person that checked us ind, where very lovely and gave us more service than we ever have had in a hotel before. We will me back!

We stayed for two nights and we loved it! We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch - went out for dinner in walking distance. Our daughter loved the little „cave“ room. Parking is pricey.

We had a good time during our stay at Ocean House in Sheveningen. The Apartments were clean, in good condition and well equiped. Only thing to criticize was the fact that we were told to receive our bill via email and didn‘t get it until now, 7 days after checking-out. There was an extracharge on my CreditCard, I still can not comprehend.

Great little hotel! Nice, modern and clean rooms! Good location neer to Scheveningen bech. Some hassel with enough parking space if you come with a car. They told us that parking was not a problem before booking, but we had three different parking locations during our three day stay at the hotel. Otherwise very good

This was our secomd time staying at the Ocean House and just like the first time we were placed on the 2nd floor and yet again the lift broke down. This was a disappointment as the climb up can feel tiring... that said, the best aspect of our stay was the tentative and excellent customer service from Nicolas! He is hard working and always smiling. The accommodation its self was nice and the main double bed is exceptionally comfortable. The beach is in walking distance and the hotel offers bikes for €15 each per day.

Place is great for families and I have a family of 5. 3 minute or less walk from the beach. Ocean House provides rooms that are more like small Loft apartments! We were able to cook and store all of our food. Dishes were provided in the room. The kids loved it . Would stay here again. The inky issues is the smell in the bathroom, which is something that seems to be a common thing in most of the coastal towns here in Europe, so we were ok. Thanks for the hospitality Ocean house. You’ve got a returning customer here.

Stay here no regrets

Friendly service, clean and everything in working order. Only thing not working was one black out blind which they promised to fix right away. parking was in a covered area close by for an additional cost. Beds were comfortable with a memory foam pad on top of mattress. In our room on the first floor, the bathroom with just the toilet (powder room) did not have a mirror above the sink. Our suggestion for hotel is to put a mirror there.

Spacious accommodations close to the beach

Spent 2 nights. So Close to the ocean. Cafes, bakery, grocery store right there. Large apartment/ studio. Slept well on comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

There was a terrible smell in the bathroom, all three days we were there. Since the room was cleaned an hour before we checked in, someone should have noticed this. It smelled like sewer. Also, the bed in the standard room was surrounded on three sides by walls (not shown in pictures) which meant no table on one side and you had to climb over your partner to get out. The location on the Keizersgracht is great but we won't stay here again. This is not exactly a discount hotel so we expected better.

This property is a little difficult to find if it's your first time in The Hague and you're trying tibiae GPS. You actually have to park in the back or the side and walk to the front then complete the check in via a computer. The room was so cozy and bathroom immaculate. Our room was on the the third floor but they have an elevator. The employees really went above and beyond to help us. There was a wonderful Italian restaurant across the front of the hotel that was fabulous, highly recommend. Loved the hotel and the entire stay in The Hague. Will be back in August.

Comfortabel en compleet appartement op toplocatie Ik verbleef hier met vier kinderen en waren zeer tevreden. Het appartement is schoon, mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn fris en comfortabel, met ademende dekbedden. De locatie is ideaal: direct aan de gezellige Keizerstraat met cafés, winkels en restaurants. De informatievoorziening was professioneel en het personeel reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Ook fijn: er zijn spelletjes beschikbaar bij de receptie. Klein minpuntje: de trap naar boven is vrij steil en minder geschikt voor kleine kinderen of ouderen. Al met al een aanrader voor gezinnen die comfort, service en een levendige omgeving waarderen.
