"I recently stayed for a night and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had such great character—especially loved the mezzanine bedroom. The service was spot on, with friendly staff greeting us warmly and checking in during our meals. Food and drink were fantastic too, making it a memorable visit overall. I can't wait to come back!"
"Excellent check in by Matt, enabled us to check in early and took all our bags up to the room for us. Room was clean and comfortable and we couldn't hear any noise from the bar downstairs. Excellent location opposite the train station and all local amenities on the doorstop.
Unfortunately the live act that was on was singing IRA Support songs and when my partner objected and complained we were asked to leave the bar. The singer did admit that he was wrong and had caused us being told to leave"
"Well what a really pleasant place, surpassed all expectations. We stayed in The Horseshoe Suite and it was perfect for a short stay. Our only problem would have been the bath size - small, but the shower was more than adequate. The bed was very large and very comfortable with exceptionally white bed linen, every where was very clean and tidy. The restaurant was superb, great food, lovely surroundings with good prices and finally each and every member of staff were genuinely nice, polite,...
"Return visit like the area about 20-25 mins walk downhill to Whitby harbour area. Bus stop by school or Sainsburys minutes away.
Bedrooms clean and big for 2 people. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking free and if u forgot anything there is a sainsburys fee mins walk away
Breakfast has various choices to suit different appetite too and family friendly. Would return again"
