"The hotel and its facilities are excellent and the staff were helpful and considerate throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in although it was a little warmer and stuffy at night. The air conditioning is a little noisy to leave when sleeping. Providing towelling robes was a nice touch but unfortunately both were a medium fit so although my partners fitted I being larger it was not suitable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. "Good communication prior to the stay and accommodation clean and presented nicely. Howver it was tiny and not like the pictures. No space at all outside, conservatory was too hot to sit in which was the only area with seats. The bed had no room to get out either side. Not as advertised"
"The accessible room i stayed in was clean and in great condition. Good quality bed linen and a choice of firm or soft pillows. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.
The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.
Breakfast choices were good. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy best ive had in a hotel. The food was lovely and fresh as well as hot.
Gluten free and oat milk were provided too. Choice of fruit juices and cereals too. Very clean.
Would definitely stay again and...
"Lovely rooms, spacious clean modern and quiet. The bathroom could do with some TLC, the sink pipe work was making strange noises and shower was off the bath. Great food available in restaurant attached we highly recommended the restaurant for food. Great size portions, very well priced and delicious. Staff were lovely. "
