"Friendly staff. The room was nice and tidy, but there was a foul smell coming from the shower drain. While the rooms have laundry facilities, the hotel couldn't supply a drying rack to dry clothes. The layout of the bathroom was pretty frustrating - there was very poor lighting at the mirror, and no lip on the floor surrounding the shower, leading to lots of water on the bathroom floor."

"The staff were very helpful, and the room upgrade made our stay much more comfortable. I had called ahead to let them know I would be traveling with my mother, who is elderly and sensitive to noise, and they were very accommodating. Although there was a slight miscommunication at first, the front desk receptionist handled it professionally and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was great, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay."
