"From arriving at the resorts landside office onwards the staff were helpful and very happy. The resort is fantastic though the mosquitoes are savage. White sandy uncrowded beach, lazy waves in warm a ea and an excellent if a little expensive restaurant. Overall well worth a visit"

"Our back room was clean & simple. The resort overall was exactly what we were looking for and then some. The breakfast buffet was very good and the restaraunt was excellent, both food, service and view/ambience. The beach area was great and we found the resort to be a nice location - a touch further from the louder parts of the island but generally an easy walk to it. And we used the massage services daily because of what a wonderfully good deal it was relative to the US!"

"This is a cute old style resort on a lovely beach. The restaurant food & staff is fantastic. The Rooms are very run down and if you’re unlucky enough to need a twin room you get a cabin split in 2 with what feels like a piece of paper for the connecting door. Threadbare towels and very basic ammenities. Reception staff incredibly rude to every single person regardless of what they need. Really horrible especially the bigman. Very over priced for what you get. "

"What we liked: the view from the room was amazing! The staff was very attentive and friendly. We would recommend staying here. Here’s what we didn’t like: 1. Road- inbetween the hotel and the beach is a very busy and loud road which made it difficult to relax at. 2. Breakfast- the food is good, but clearly not made for those with western tastes. Compared to other similarly priced hotels, we found the food options less at this hotel. 3. Lack of facilities- no spa at the hotel or surroundings, no offers for sight seeing, very few activities (e.g. the aquarium in the area appears to be permanently “temporarily closed”.) Is this a nice hotel? Yes! Would we recommend spending more than just a day or two? No."
