"We LOVED this place! This was our second visit and still blown away by how beautiful and relaxing the time is! The rooms are clean, spacious, AC is great, hot water is great, staff is great, room service is great, beach and pools are great, the food is amazing! We would go again and again and bring friends any time! Cons: there can be a lot of walking to room depending on where you stay. My wife had a sprained knee and had to ascend and descend 3 stories of stairs to make it to the pickup point to drive us to breakfast. Also the laundry is quite expensive and they don't do by Kilo laundry service so I calculated a week's worth of laundry would have cost $175 USD to be done at the hotel (pay by the piece). We instead walked 30 minutes to a sweet shop and it was $15 USD for 5 kilos."

"My stay at Blue Sotel was AMAZING! I LOVED the location, it was walking distance from the beach and resided in a long strand of hotels, restaurants, bars, and spas. The views are great if you're lucky enough to get a mountain view. I initially checked in for 2 days and decided to extend my stay based off of my initial experience. I was a little underwhelmed with the new room I was checked into (there was bad caulking in the bathroom around the sink and shower that appeared to be black but, after sharing my health concern, they were kind enough to move me. The breakfast was really good too! This was the second hotel I stayed at in Krabi and I would totally book again. "

"The stay at Sofitel was so fabulous, from check-in to food to service etc.. everything was just awesome. The room was neat & tidy.. they have Indian rest., & that was serving unexpectedly good authentic Indian food.. Overall, I would recommend not to look around & go for it blindly."

"I had a fantastic time between 2 jobs staying at this resort hotel. Staff is amazing. Food is excellent, everything is shiny clean. Big room with huge balcony. Shuttle to Ao Nang beach and shops all day. Only suggestion I would make to them would be carpet in the corridors.Would reduce noise from door closing and guests walking around at 2:00 AM. Not a problem for me since I always carry earplugs when travelling. I slept like baby. I will certainly return. Francois "

"Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. The room was excellent and I’ve never been to a more friendly place. The only negatives would be at times The staff just didn’t understand drink orders, and there were a few meals where the service was slow and inconsistent. Again they were super friendly, but I feel a bit young and inexperienced to deal with more complicated requests. Also didn’t like that they had a yoga class every couple days, but it was $45 if you wanted to participate. I think at this price point things like that should be included. Other observation is that it is very family friendly, and me and my wife were just about the only people there without little kids. So if you are a couple looking to hang out with other couples, this may not be your spot, but if you have kids, then it should be perfect. But overall a wonderful stay with super lovely people!"
