"Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...

"The hotel felt like home away from home. When traveling to Santa Fe, I will always make it a priority to stay at Hotel Glorieta. I loved and enjoyed my experience there."

"Beautiful property. Clean. Would stay here again."

"The room was cold and the thermostat wasn’t responding so we had to call twice to get someone to come up. The ventilation system was noisy and we asked about changing rooms but were advised they were all noisy. We checked out a new room and it was, in fact, just as noisy. When we got up the next morning, there was tray outside the door across the hall with a plate of a half eaten waffle, etc. I called and reported the tray still not being picked up that evening and it was still there when we...

"Clean, quiet, comfy. A favorite stay when we come this way!"

"The room was clean, and the staff was great. They only do Valet Parking which was very convenient. The location of the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza. Few things that brought the rating down: 1. The breakfast was mediocre. They do scrambled eggs but they did not taste good even once. The cut fruits were not fresh - they appeared to have come from syrup and were very sweet. The Coffee was good. 2. The carpets are VERY old and did not look clean. 3. There was neither water...

"Location, staff, breakfast - all great!"

"Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast"

"Great breakfast! Bathroom floor grout chipped out in places. Could use appropriate number of towels and coffee pods for nights reserved."

"Very quiet and the room was amazing."

"We had plenty of room which was great. The AC could be a little better, or a fan in the room. The hotel is older and it shows."

"The property is ideally situated to enjoy the historic center of Santa Fe with an easy walk to great restaurants and galleries. This was our third visit to the Rosewood Inn and we highly recommend the Inn for its friendly and helpful staff. The Inn has a hotel shuttle that will take and pick up guests to and from destinations as far as three miles away from the hotel, and we used it frequently. We'll definitely be coming back."

"The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

"Highly recommended! Great staff!"
