"We only stayed one night but we absolutely loved it! The strong pressure shower was incredible after hiking all day. The view of the ocean was gorgeous, the staff was wonderful and so helpful, and the nearby restaurants were inviting and delicious. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"Pensione Sorriso was a great place to stay during our trip to Cinque Terre! First, it was easy to get to from the train station, a short walk and without a terrible amount of steps (although you do have to climb steps to enter the hotel and then again to your room - no elevator! ) The room was very small, which I believe is typical in these small towns, just a bed and a night table and small wall closet. "I have got the room 114 at first floor. It should not be a room for human living. It ‘s like sitting in the street. Cannot sleep whole night. I can hear everyone in the street talking including the car engine. The heater is not working also. This hotel should not be acquired by trip advisor. It is very disappointment."
