Nice pool and lawn, family friendly, but the rooms are very bare minimum, the beddings looked used up, the bathrooms are super humble the food is very humble and service takes forever. The air conditioning struggled to keep temperature, none of this would be any importance to me if I had paid a modest price, but they charged us 187 american dollars for one night when i paid 65 for incredibly better hotels in Mexico City with a pool and all the amenities comparable to good American hotels. It was a rip off.

Site is very expensive compared to other places near by they would not even lend me a cork screw they wanted to charge me 400 pesosez. Additionaly they charge me for a minor defect on there furtinture which was damaged when qe arived another 500 pesos and they would not accept i paid via expedia so i would not recomend them bad service over priced small room dirty corners and cleatly looking to charge for anything and ever thing sdditionaly floors are vety slippery no saftey tape on stairs o took a bad spile on wet tile and at chrck put they ask for moremoney for damges already existing in unit beware and take photos before check in erything.wanted without chargeong me 400 pesos

La habitación estaba muy comoda para 2 personas, que es la que reservamos. Tiene aire acondicionado lo cual es vital para la epoca de calor en la que fuimos (febrero) buena presion de agua en la regadera. Tiene una alberca amplia y cómoda, un jardin que te relaja con solo verlo, dan masajes, si bien no tienen un spa pero adecuan un salon para que te den masaje. Tienen temazcal en la terraza con vista al tepozteco. Cama comoda, areas limpiar y lo mejor, esta caminando a 8 minutes del centro de tepoz. Igual exactamente afuera del hotel pasan las rutas y taxis.

General, todo bien, la comida está exquisita del desayuno al ver que está muy buen estado de los jardines, están muy bien cuidados. El Hotel, en general está muy bien, lo único que cambiaría sería un colchón más suave y mejor almohadas.
