Special shout out to the Concierge team, including Miky, who made sure we had fun plans when ours fell through, and Bob and Frank at the pool. The restaurant at the hotel has good food for when you don't want to go outside, or just wanted to relax after a day of adventure. There are free kayak for guests to use, the pool is nice. "They had no idea we had reservations for over 2wks and I confirmed it a week before we showed up. Then I showed the staff our reservations and they put us in the room that we reserved. About 30mins later the same staff that checked us in and showed us to our room shows up with a manager (that’s want she called him) he was telling me, that we did not pay enough for the room we paid for and we were been moved to a smaller room. the Staff tried to explain to him that we were in the right room,...

"Great location right on the lagoon. Can walk through edge of lagoon to the jetty for Erakor island ferry. Also walk through lagoon to the Warwick resort for restaurants. Buses into town regularly at end of driveway. Manager of property was very helpful. Only thing we didn’t like was air conditioning was only in main bedroom and my kids couldn’t sleep as the ceiling fan in their room was too weak to circulate air."
