The room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable with great views of the city. Everything felt new and very well maintained. The bed was excellent and we slept very well after long days exploring Bangkok. One of the highlights of the hotel is the pool area. It is large, beautiful, and a perfect place to relax in the afternoon heat. The fitness center is also very well equipped. The location is excellent with easy access to the BTS and many great restaurants nearby. It made getting around the city very convenient. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Service was truly five star. Overall this was a fantastic hotel and one of the best stays of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit to anyone visiting Bangkok."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful. I had an upgrade and it was kept clean. I would stay here for my next visit and I definitely recommend it. The shuttle that run was really helpful too and it wasn’t too far from places that I wanted to go to and it was quite accessible. My favourite part about the room was the bathroom and my favourite part about the hotel was the little book collection they had."
