Wonderful service. Great staff. Central location super close to Metro. Lovely rooftop pool and bar with great views. Comfy beds. Left AirPods in room when we flew home and the staff mailed them back to the US. Great hotel!!

Great affordable spot to layover between the two major parts of our vacation - walking the El Camino to Santiago de Compostela and cruising from Lisbon into the Mediterranean. Not the most up to date hotel but the staff were friendly and very helpful!

Staff were friendly, check in was easy, everywhere was spotless, room was clean and presentable, amenities provided, food was good . Pleasurable stay . Easy access to sightseeing but you would need transport.

Base for exploring Santiago

Used this hotel as a base for exploring Santiago. We had a car so the few minutes drive into town was no problem with lots of free on site parking at the hotel. Parking in Santiago itself is tricky but we found an excellent place called Parking Municipal Belvis just a short ten minute walk to the historic centre. Hotel itself was big, clean and with spacious rooms. Just the job. We were on a touring holiday so if you're not in a car then probably not for you as not walking distance into Santiago and public transport is patchy.

reserved two rooms: 1 was nice, but window to very small courtyard gave a feeling of claustrophobic. Bath tub was dirty/dusty. 2nd room was even more claustrophobic than the 1st. beds in niche opposite and far from window that looked into small space of walls inside the hotel . Very bad layout... :( Staff was very nice and breakfast was good. However...not a 4* hotel :(

Wir haben u.a. ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht. Ausschlaggebend war für uns die Verfügbarkeit einer Klimaanlage. Die Klimaanlage hat im gesamten Hotel nicht funktioniert. Wir haben ein Superior Zimmer gebucht und bekamen eine Kategorie darunter. Weder die Preferenz der Zimmergröße noch Bett stimmten und es war die Einzelzimmergröße, welche unser Sohn hatte. Als wir dies bemängelten, wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, welches am anderen Ende in einem Nebengebäude war. Dazu mussten wir in dem Aufzug zweiten Stock, einmal um das gesamte Gebäude um dann schließlich zwei Treppenaufgänge zu Fuss gehen ( was nicht möglich ist, da wir auf Barrierefreiheit angewiesen waren). Das Zimmer wies Nachts um 1.00 Uhr noch 29 Grad auf. Ich war gefangen im Zimmer, da ich aufgrund der Distanz und der Treppen nicht in der Lage war den Weg zwischendurch zu bewältigen. Wir reisten vorzeitig ab.
