"I like the hotel and so do my sons this is the second time we’ve stayed there and it’s great. The hotel is great, has lots of facilities and the staff try to attend to everyone as best they can. "We stayed at the Gran Melia Palacio Isora in August 2026 (2 adults & 15 year old). The hotel is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed in with the pool area a particular highlight. The staff are all incredibly friendly, whether that be in the restaurants, bars, housekeeping or pool attendants - they are a credit to the hotel and we cannot praise them highly enough. "Fantastic stay. Most relaxed holiday - beach/pool, eat, sleep and repeat. Loved the location - can easily walk to los cristianos old town one way, and las americas and beyond the other. we had a room overlooking the beach - sunbeds only 6 euros - and excellent beach restaurant - which was perfect. Connected rooms a bonus. Rooms Cleaned every day. Lovely pool - with new towels every day. Hotel pool bar with nice and reasonable menu. Breakfast in the morning accompanied by a pianist...
