"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing. When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. "Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, leider werden die Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt."

"Everything about this hotel was pure perfection. It was perfect from start to finish. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive - from those on the ground floor with the concierge to reception to the room maids/cleaners. We stayed at this hotel last year for one night but had to visit again this year for two nights to properly appreciate the hotel whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. It was beautiful and outstanding. The whole hotel was spotless. There...

"No issues. Good location."

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"The location was very good. The room was very small, had to rearrange it to be able to put our suitcase. Staff was friendly."

"Very friendly welcome, comfortable interiors and a delicious breakfast in bed!"

"I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

"Fantastic location for the city and historical sites nearby. Really good room although we booked a superior queen room and were given a standard queen room. The ladies at reception tried to fob us off but the pictures online were very clear. This was quickly rectified. Breakfast was very good and it was nice to be able to order lattes without having to pay extra. I found the restaurant/bar room to be a little chilly. Staff were all really nice. I also liked that water was replenished in your...
