"I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...

Pour ce qui est de notre chambre, déception totale. Si l’hôtel a été rénové, ils ont oublié les chambres. Je dirais garder du vieux avec du neuf. De plus , pas de frigo, une seul carte pour la porte, 2 oreillers seulement. Pour le prix payé, chambre 2.5/5 ."

"We arrived on a later flight and there was a shuttle waiting to take us to the lodge (about a 5 min drive and check in was super eady). Our room was the separate casita on the property and close to a large communal outdoor kitchen that appeared to be fully stocked with coffee and tea for the morning. "The hotel appears to be fairly new. The room smelt of fresh paint, clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette area was a good size.
