Very nicely located hotel with comfortable rooms. The front desk was however systematically making you feel they didn't want to be there and neither did they care for you to be there as well, making the stay a bit unpleasant.

The room was clean, the staff was courteous, the breakfast was extensive with high-quality offerings. Fast elevators that cut down your waiting time to a minimum. A space for our rental car was always available in their parking garage. The hotel is located right on the Promenade.

We have stayed here several times. Excellent location and if you book a balcony room the views are terrific. Great breakfast, very extensive. But it is now looking very tired and a bit unloved. Paintwork and carpets are tired. No usb sockets in room, old style bathrooms. However if you get it at the right price then take it !

Little gem of a hotel

The location, value and common parts of this hotel are fab. It also has parking. The rooms are good, clean and comfortable but would benefit from some updating. Breakfast plentiful and great choice. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Could do better

Cleaning the room and changing towels was a big task for the hotel, the tv in our room was out of order and it took 3 calls and 1 visit to the front desk before it was fixed. The hotel has a very good position near the beach.

Very nice. We stayed for Shabbat. Very ice dinner Friday night. (250 shekel) Breakfast is extra or make sure its in the booking. So Shabbat you can leave deposit and get ready snacks/drinks/coffee from the bar. Sweet Hotel. Ps. The pool is on the first floor off of the lobby, small and not private at all. (If you care) We loved this place definitely would come back !!!

Great stay – perfect beach location and excellent

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The hotel is right next to the beach, which was incredibly convenient. I checked in late at night without any issues—smooth and quick process. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and decent soundproofing. AC worked perfectly, which was a relief. What really stood out, though, was the housekeeping. Even on days when I didn’t request service or got up late, they still made sure the room was cleaned and supplies were restocked. Really appreciated that level of attention. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the bar manager and the female night shift receptionist—both were especially welcoming. The highlight of the hotel has to be the sundeck. The beachfront view is just unbeatable. Could spend hours there. The only downside was the WiFi—it could’ve been a bit faster and more stable. But it was free and got the job done for basic use. All in all, I had a great time and will definitely be coming back.
