I didnt realize the hotel was not kosher. It was not for me. They were accommodating and helped refund part of my stay. The air-conditioning worked well. Yet the rooms were small and nmorw importantly clean. The location is pretty convenient. I my only recommendation is to add somewhere on the description its not kosher.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish with new furnishings. Bed was large, comfortable and the room was fully equipped. Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was surrounded by shopping, dining, markets and cafes. 10 minute walk to beach.

Amazing

I had an amazing time at the Jacob Samuel hotel. The location is superb. You are close to the beach, cool bars and restaurants and shopping. If you wish to take the train to Jerusalem you can take a 30 minute walk to the nearest station or a short cab ride. I got a fabulous room and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. I will definitely book a room there for any future visits to Tel Aviv!!

The facility is beautiful. It's very European inside out. The only challenge I had was the construction across the street that bothered me. The service was amazing and they immediately offered to transfer me to their other property- Prima City that was really outstanding- my room was great, location was even closer to the beach and the service was really exceptional.

A nice hotel in the centre of the Tel Aviv Night life. Clean and relatively new with double glazed windows to ensure that noise is filtered. A funny incident with the hot water in our room. We called the reception to complain about the lack of of hot water and he said "its hot" when the water was warm at best. Then he admitted the water was cold and said to run the water for 20 minutes. We just laughed and had cold showers. Other than that the hotel was fine.

Hard Start. But ok after

When I checked in, the room was not ready, it was dirty and no blankets on the bed and the elevator was out of service. The day after, the manager Tomer made the best and upgraded me and gave me a preferntial tariff, which I appreciated a lot so I decided to stay in the hotel. After this the stay was very pleasant, thanks to Tomer. The hotel is in good shape, but the rooms are small. Location is perfect.
