Beautifully located in the heart of all the actio!

It was a little cram for a family but worked with my budget' clean and conveniently located in the heart of Yafo one block away from the beach restaurants bars buses and everything to your convenience! The host was excellent in communicating but i suggest to book for one person or a couple but worth the money!

Ok for a few nights

Room was not well furnished as seen in the pics. Some furniture is old and dirty and ther not enough space for 4 people. There was a double bed and a sofa bed in our 4 people room. There weren’t linens and sheets for the sofa bed so they told us to take some of them independently from another room. Location is very good.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, the room didn't match the pictures, old degraded furniture, cockroaches on the mattress, only a small window, moldy bathroom and horrible smell. Will never choose this place again. The area is also in construction and they mainly work during the night.

Room and bathroom filled with mold. Everything was dirty and dusty, the floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes inside. There were blankets and towels missing. They tried to relocate us to a room we’re there we’re only room for two (we were 3) and said we had to pay the difference when we complained. We had to have Expedia relocate us.

Worst communiation ever... no response to emails.

The room had leaks. Impossible to talk to anyone. They never respond to emails or phone calls. Very stressful trying to deal with them.

Chambre studio convenable pour l’usage que nous en avons fait, c’est-à-dire uniquement dormir. Cependant l’absence de fenêtre ne permet pas la bonne ventilation de la pièce, la salle d’eau reste de ce fait humide et les serviettes ne sèchent pas. Pas de machine à laver à disposition et pas de remplacement de serviettes de bain sur les deux semaines passées sur place. Isolation insuffisante, entendons tous les va-et-vient des autres clients de « l’hôtel ». Présence de deux cafards au cours de notre séjour, utilisation de la bombe anti-cafards laissée par les propriétaires mais pas de fenêtre donc inhalation de cet air toxique… Communication avec propriétaire parfaite le premier jour du séjour puis plus de réponse le reste du temps. Système de Check-in et check-out autonome très pratique quand les arrivées et départs se font très tôt ou très tard. Chambre parfaitement bien située cependant c’est un enfer pour trouver une place où se garer, nous avons dû stationner la voiture à plus de 50 minutes de marche de la chambre à chaque fois. Sommes arrivés à une période de l’année où de nombreux travaux étaient en cours dans la ville, ce qui n’aide pas à la circulation non plus. Beaucoup de points négatifs mais avons quand même apprécié notre séjour dans ce merveilleux pays.

Normales Apartment, welches durchaus in dke Jahre gekommen ist aber für eine Woche Aufenthalt in Ordnung ist. Die Lage ist super, alles ist Fußläufig. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr ist ausreichend. Der Zugangscode für das Apartment kam leider,anders als vorab zugesagt, zu spät. Wir mussten vom Flughafen aus anrufen und nach den Zugangsdaten fragen. Diese wurden uns dann, trotz der späten Uhrzeit von 01:00 Uhr morgens innerhalb von 5 Minuten zugeschickt. Die Kommunikation war sonst gut, wir wurden zwischendurch auch gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Negativ zum anmerken ist das uns direkt nach der Buchung und nach dem Check in eine Email zum bezahlen von zusätzlichen Kosten geschickt wurde mit ziemlich hohen Beiträgen

Muy mala experiencia, el cuarto olía a humedad, la cama tenia moho, las duchas no cierran bien así que el agua se sale y tienes que poner toallas para no mojar todo el cuarto. El ruido excesivo de los otros huéspedes, y ni hablar de los compañeros de cuarto que me tocaron ( cucarachas y hormigas) para comunicarse tienes que llamar a un call center tengo que aceptar que el colchón y el aire acondicionado estaban bien.
