"O hotel correspondeu às expectativas. Zona de refeições é útil por ter um micro-ondas e máquina de café. O pequeno-almoço é simples, mas suficiente. A localização a cerca de 25 minutos a pé do centro também é razoável. Tem espaço para estacionar. Os quartos são acolhedores. Só faltou receber as instruções de check-in antes de chegar. Mas liguei para o número que estava na entrada e deram-me o código de acesso e número do quarto."

"very nice and quiet just outside the downtown. bit of a walk to the busy downtown area of Reykjavik, but if you don't mind that then its worth saving for a less crowded and easy going area. Plus side it was closer to larger stores you may want supplies from (big grocery/costco/etc) and it was easier to hit the road to drive out to tour different sites. Parking was free if you can find it, but there was a fair bit of street parking so we didn't have issues. Kids loved it, would definitely go...

"This is a dorm during the school year that serves as a hotel in the summer. My room had a private bath, and was small but comfortable. The staff were very friendly. It was convenient to downtown Akureyri, and also very close to a lovely botanical garden. It was perfect for what I needed. I did not pay extra for the buffet breakfast. The bed was more comfortable than other dorm accommodations I have stayed in. It was quiet and peaceful."

"Our stay was comfortable and was a good location for us. We are staying there again next week on the last night of our Icelandic stay. "The grounds are amazing. We could see the horses from our bed. My kid loved the ladder to the upstairs. Place was pretty clean, the toilet brushes are a bit grungy, think they could swap those out but everything else was good. The views and scenery are really amazing though "

"we had a great stay and really enjoyed their breakfast. The baked items were excellent plus many healthy food options. staff was very helpful. you can't beat the value in this expensive country. Area around the hotel is depressed. Good public bus option right across the street from hotel."
