We had a butler pool villa - absolutely exceptional and the staff are amazing! They can’t do enough for you. The area is perfect - close to all the attractions you might want to see when in ubud! All staff members there are professional and so kind: exception and great service by all staff, especially Yude, who really went above and beyond service and really ensured we are comfortable and satisfied with our stay. La piscine est superbe Par contre quelques remarques concernant le logement: la salle de bain du bas était inondée après chaque douche et la salle de bain du haut était directement ouverte sur l’extérieur ce qui à la base n’était pas voulu (absence de porte).
