The staff were so amazing the absolute best part they made the trip so amazing. I can’t remember all the amazing staff but I remember Ayu, Wulan, Yoga,Septiari,Sutiass, Lidya, and Indra.

Amazing resort, this was my own 5 day retreat. Great for families too. 5 star spa and restaurants. Loved their wagyu beef. Wulan was very helpful with my stay.

We only stayed one night but, the staff were very kind and hospitable. Our room was lovely and very spacious. It is a beautiful resort, the spa treatments and yoga made us feel very relaxed, the breakfast was delicious. it is in a remote location so the road to the hotel is quite an adventure!

One of the best resorts we stayed at in Ubud. The entire resort was very peaceful and quiet. We slept most of the time we were here due to Jetlag. Very relaxing spa. Great customer service and great restaurant with delicious food and we met a lot of great people at this resort highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very nice and professional. It was nearby attractions in Ubud but far enough away from the hustle of the city center. We enjoyed the food, drinks, pool area and even the small fitness center. I would recommend this boutique hotel

The staff were absolutely wonderful — especially the lovely ladies who made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, the rest didn’t meet our expectations. Our room felt like a basement: dark, noisy, and with an awkward view of people being massaged. The fridge was super loud, and the hotel overall very echoey — sleep was hard to come by. The cascading pools looked nice, but the upper one was knee-deep, the main pool freezing, and the valley view overgrown. The yoga shala is beautiful, yet only one class at 7:30 a.m. feels limiting. Restaurant seating was uncomfortable, and the gold “special dinner” chairs felt out of place. Check-in and check-out times are also quite strict. Despite the great service, the hotel simply wasn’t our vibe — Bali has so many other charming options.

The facility is very good and nice, the staff is wonderful, friendly and always smile. The only things that we have reserved a private pool but unfortunately there is no privacy for Villa and Pooll. I would recommend the facility to remove the word of private because there is no privacy for villa and pool. The pool exposed for the floors and there was a big building under construction in front of the pool and Villa and labor can see the pool. the management moved us to another villa which is similar , no privacy and it was downgrade from the our reservation and no refund, but they gave us a Voucher for Massage, which is nice.

Best hotel we stayed in Bali

Best hotel we stayed in Bali. Amazing villas with exceptional and really friendly service. The restaurant is great too. We had dinner in the Japanese cuisine restaurant and tried an amazing selection of Sashimis. The SPA was also great. Location is a bit far from Ubud center but really close to water temple. I recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

Most peaceful and comfortable resort

Eventhough the location was kinda far and independent, the mood of resort was so comfy and peaceful. And Every facilities like pool, morning yoga, underground bar was so nice. One of the most memorable moments was at the underground bar. Live music with good voice singer. So nice.

Perfect and amazing 3 days

It is everything I wanted. I wanted a private pool, but not surrounded by concrete walls. The private pool is open to the forest but very private. The staff are angels working hard to make guests feel welcomed and happy. The cleanness, the food, the drinks, the tranquility, even the weather, the driver Made (Pronounced Maddi) who took us for 2 days on tour, and drove us to the airport…everything and everyone was 200% perfect. The only thing that people should be aware of, the toilet seat is higher than usual. Mosquitoes and insects are everywhere (like any tropical area), so bring repellent.

Disappointing despite the stunning location

Despite the stunning location this was not the 5 star experience we were expecting. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful and some basics were missing. We didn’t even have a bedside light and had to get out of bed to turn the lights off! No luggage rack either, we were asked to keep our suitcase in the floor! The bathroom vanity had neither lights nor shaving mirror with a really basic hair dryer. But the view from the terrace was incredible. The food in the restaurant was also not good… we ate there once after arriving because we were so tired but never again.

Property was a 5 star. It felt authentic in that it was off of the road where there were tourist. it did not feel like a tourist environment. the grounds were beautiful, the staff were amazing and accomodating. I loved my room, but i was not happy of the location. it was down stairs which really made my knees hurt. i am a senior and that was too much on my knees. to accomodate the manager Eva provided me with a complimentary massage. The young man that picked me up from the airport upon my arrival until my departure was stellar his name is Wayan Siatusa. We had a wonderful stay at Aksaray Hotel. The hotel itself and the surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding staff. Ayu was especially kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She organized everything quickly and perfectly, making sure we had the best experience possible. It truly felt like a real friend was taking care of us. Thanks to her, our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Our stay at Askari Resort what great!! Erika at the front office was really helpful and nice with us. If you consider experiencing Ubud, do not hesitate to go to this hotel, very friendly and professional staff!!
