We stayed for two nights using this as a starting point for Milford Sound. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was exceptionally clean and rooms were large with lots of space. Well located on the lake within easy walking distance of town. Convenient parking onsite near your room. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

The rooms have an incredible view of the garden and lake. The room is spacious with a kitchenette. There is a washer and dryer on the premises. Cost 5.00. The staff was very nice. I noticed thr bathroom mirror was cleaned and the mattress was uncomfortable.
