Our apartment had everything we needed and it was close to the shopping, eating and entertainment facilities in Te Anau. Really recommend Asure as a place to stay.

A great accommodation option for Te Anau. It is a quick walk to town and on a quiet road/area. Check-in was easy with a warm welcome. Affordable and very comfortable, which was perfect for our overnight stay before heading to Milford Sound.

Perfect!!! Especially I have not seen such a clean room so far. Definitely I'll come back and give 5 star for everything. Special thanks to the cleaning staffs.

Good location to get everywhere in Te Anau, the guy at the reception was very nice, they give every guest a small bottle of milk and when he heard I’m vegan he brought me almond milk. The room is renovated and so clean ! Enjoyed my stay very much !

Great welcoming at reception and friendly staff. Our unit was immaculate, spacious grounds so so close to the lakefront and dining and shopping areas. Only drawback was one interior bedroom without an exterior window....so got quite hot at night a fan would've been great. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Front Desk was warm, welcoming and helpful. Laundry was handy. Room amenities were updated and modern. Love the kitchen, too! Room was clean and tidy. I also love how they presented all the restaurant menus around the area in one folder, so it was easy to select food options. Happy to recommend this cute motel.
