"All you need to know is Most hotels in Georgia try to scam you and this one does not do that it’s also very safe as well .And its easy to walk to from the city it’s up hill but for 12 dollars a night it’s not inconvenient at all . I highly suggest staying here if you want to save money in Georgia while traveling and if you want to stay somewhere close to the city !!!plus it has great views of the entire city as well with a hotel balcony! "Marionn Hotel was enjoyable and very suitable for my needs. Located three blocks from the Alavari Metro and bus stop. The room was clean and maintained daily. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of coffees, teas, salads, meats, fruit, yogurt, juice, in addition to cooked-to-order omelets. My only complaints are the mattress seemed old and worn, but still comfortable. And the WiFi was a little slow for streaming."

"We got a room with a approx 20x20 cm hole in the bathroom leading into the entrance hall. We got a new room but it was tricky as nobody seems to speak english there. In the second room most of the sockets did not work. At the last day the air condotion broke due to an accident on the street - which was not their fault"

" I had an amazing experience staying at Mercure Old Tbilisi Hotel. The property is modern yet beautifully preserves the charm and character of Old Tbilisi. My room was comfortable, stylish, and spotless, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and authentic. The service was truly remarkable. The front desk team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional. They explained everything in detail, helped with my room upgrade, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent — delicious food, great variety, and wonderful presentation. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to leave earlier than planned. The hotel handled the situation with compassion and professionalism, and I received my refund without any issues or complications. I am very grateful for their understanding and support. I highly recommend Mercure Old Tbilisi Hotel to anyone visiting the city. Outstanding service, great location, and a team that truly goes above and beyond. I will definitely return on my next trip to Tbilisi."
