"Ao chegar, mesmo antes da hora, me foi oferecido um quarto que já estava pronto e superior ao que tinha reservado. Ou seja, me deram um upgrade de quarto e um checkin antecipado. O quarto era muito confortável, com cama grande, minibar, chaleira elétrica. Banheiro com chuveiro com água boa e quente. Café da manhã com variedades. Staff muito atencioso. Próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Ao lado de um Carrefour enorme. Fica uma ressalva, pois o quarto não possuía um isolamento acústico muito bom...

We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that.
