Le service de l'accueil est mauvais car très long avant de trouver notre villa qui était déjà payée en même temps que la réservation depuis très longtemps. "There is not a positive about this property. It is in a very scary area. Not in a neighborhood or residénciale. There was no host communication until we reached out. The man who is point of contact from Expedia, Giro, says the right man is David, who leaves you with MarieLou. Toilets and plumbing are backed up, had to walk four blocks to a restaurant to use the bathrooms.
