"Excellent accueil et serviabilité"

"Our room was basic but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions about things to do and navigating local transportation options. Our stay included a breakfast buffet offering fresh fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses and fresh breads. Very tasty."

"For a small hotel, this has the feeling of a large luxury resort. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home. I was truly so pleasantly surprised by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the beautiful Lake Como. No need for water views; this hotel has everything you could ever want."

"This hotel was recommended by chatGPT. This hotel has a beautiful view but that is it. The rooms were entirely too small. I was a solo traveler and the room was too small for just me and my suitcases. The bed was way too hard and the rooms were cold. Someone did come help me turn on the heat thankfully. The worst part was the location...it is totally uphill and I wish I would have stayed closer to town because this hotel was inconvenient to EVERYTHING. Taxis are 25-35 dollars for 4 minutes...

"We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay."
