"The room was clean, had everything we needed , beds were comfy very comfy , had all the amenities including air con and running hot water which catered to me and my family of 4. Very quiet and you even get views of Lake Taupo from the room . For the price we paid we got more than we bargained for ..."

"Curtains and windowsills were covered in black mould as well as the shower. Shower ceiling was also covered in fly poop. Stains on the bedsheets. Hallway smelt strongly of urine. Overall not a great experience. Photos don’t do it any justice."
