"Amazing stay. We had a Spa Suite stay and everything you could think of was covered at this venue."

"Its a quirky building and we had to duck a couple of times. The room was clean and comfy with all the amenities required. The restaurant offered a good selection and did cater for Gluten Free. "Great location within minutes of the Quay."

"Clean room. Excellent staff, kept the kitchen open for us as we arrived a bit late on a Sunday. All good."

"I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou"

"Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location."

"Stop over while visiting Sandringham. Ideal situation staff helpyroom ideal would use again easy parking"

"Great little extras. Lots of choice for breakfast and fab cocktails.!"

"Lovely room we stayed in(rye). Looks like it was a living room in it's past life. Lovely decorations and styling. Loved all the hares! (Not hairs). Really comfy bed. No fruit hardly at breakfast, lovely croissant and toast though, please don't charge for supplying lattes, I didn't have a big breakfast at all as I don't eat meat so I thought that was unreasonable for the price."

"Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk."
