"Very nice hotel with terrific staff. I stayed for six days and the breakfast variety could be better...same thing every day. It's tourist season and the hotel was very crowded, especially the breakfast room."

"The hotel is very modern and new. I have the queen size bedroom and the sitting area is quite tight but the size of bathroom with separate shower and bathtub is considered very good. Breakfast is average. When considering about its prices, condition, cleanliness, I would highly recommend this to my friend."

"絶対オススメしないホテル。様々な問題点が多過ぎて、ここで全て書けない。いくつか例を挙げると、ホテル自体の施設が古いしとても汚ない。コンセプトも古い。食事の費用が内容に見合わずもの凄く高い上に、スタッフの客への対応はまるで刑務所の囚人への扱い。しかもホテルのスタッフとそれらの問題点を話そうとしたが、責任者らしき人物は、真意が全く伝わっておらず我関せずの姿勢。状況把握後、予定は４泊だったが、キャンセルもせずに、ホテルに着いたその日の夜に１泊に変更し、翌日ホテルを離れた。早めに旅行の計画を立てられずに、仕方なく予約したホテルであったが、想像を遥かに超える酷さ。未だに砺波という地域名自体も語りたくないと奥さんと話している状態。何故なら使った地域のタクシーにもボラれたからだ。新高岡駅に着いた瞬間にメーターを自分で上げていたからだ。地域性も気に食わないところ。二度と行きたくない。 "
