"This is a very inexpensive hotel yet was great for me. I loved the hot water/ soaker tub, which was enormous. It soaked every ache and pain out of my body after an athletic competition. The breakfast was really good and they varied the menu each day. They also provided a clothes steamer/dryer in the room which came in handy. Very fast and efficient A/C as well which many hotels don’t have. I really appreciated the fragrance free room too. Highly recommended. 4 star hotel at 2 star...

"The room is clean and the atmosphere is very good."

"Free draft beer in the evenings was a plus. Bed was comfortable. At check-in, we were told breakfast was included, it was not. There were no USB or US plugs in the room. The shower door would not close completely leading to water on the floor. A serious security issue is that the room number is taped onto each door card. "Not far from ktx masan station, Very good hotel, clean, easy to find and good location,strongly recommend "

"I stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Changwon for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved my experience. The hotel and rooms were clean, ambience was calm and the staff were professional. Don’t expect them all to speak English and there is no free breakfast on the day of your check out. Breakfast was buffet and gourmet, and I loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries— that bidet (finger taps). Enjoyed the wedding which was also held at the hotel. All in all a solid 8.5/10."

"The rooms are great for the price, great amenities. The hotel is on the 6th to 8th floors and my room was on the 6th floor. Keep in mind that the room are not soundproof and there is a karaoke room and a bar on the second and third floor. It is also right in the bar/downtown area of the city so people come and go for one night stand making it almost impossible to get a good night of sleep. "
