Loved our stay! Staff was wonderful! We enjoyed views of the water and sunsets over the mountains. Request room 105 for great views. Close to Tarifa but quiet and peaceful area outside of town. Hope we can come back again in the future!

Great pool and cocktails. The room was clean, small but adequate. The shower was great and bathroom was clean. The beds we comfortable. Walk to the beach was about 10 min. The hike up the mountain was awesome!

Double booked - incompetent man on front desk

We arrived at check in and the guy in reception he "couldn't find" our reservation- even claimed they didn't operate with Hotels.com...after we called hotels.com who promptly called the Hotel the reservation was miraculously found, he then told us we had not paid for the room in advance, which was not even requested at the time of booking..all lies, he had overbooked and had no room for us. He sent us off to another local hotel down the road- wow it was appalling! filthy dirty, man urinating at the tree outside, he worked there! Very elderly lady at reception, wanted to charge us €90 for the hovel of a room...took one look and left. thankfully Hotels.com looked after us and booked us in a fabulous hotel close by, and even paid the additional charges for 3 nights of our booking. Fantastic service!

Hotel aceptable, pero caro para su categoría.

El hotel se corresponde con su categoría; se nota que intentan mantenerlo limpio y cuidado, sobre todo en las zonas comunes. Lo que no se corresponde es el precio, excesivo para ese tipo de hotel, y ni siquiera incluía el desayuno. En cuanto a la decoración, está un poco anticuada. La persona de recepción nos dio las explicaciones al llegar como si fuera un robot. El hotel se encuentra al otro lado de la playa, los restaurantes, los chiringuitos, ... por lo que, si quieres tomar algo fuera de allí, tienes que cruzar la carretera por donde puedas (con mucho tráfico) o caminar por una cañada (camino de tierra sin iluminar) hasta llegar a un túnel que te comunica con el lado de la playa.
