"Staff wasn’t what I would call helpful. My 19 yr old student was travelling across the country. Arrived late, after midnight and travelling all day: when she arrived they wouldn’t allow her to check in without a credit card. Everything was prepaid. My daughter called me, 3:30am. I tried to give my credit card over the phone to pay incidentals, she wouldn’t allow it. Not good enough given the circumstances of her travel. Students don’t all have credit cards. "

"My stay at the Residence Inn was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made arriving after a long day of driving much more convenient. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and that standard carried through to the room as well. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided plenty of comfort. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out it felt fresh and well cared for in every area. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. There was a good variety of options available, making it easy to find something enjoyable to start the day. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer takeout containers for guests who prefer not to sit in the dining area, as it can get very crowded especially on weekends, even during slower peak times. I would definitely consider staying here again based on the comfort, cleanliness, and overall quality of the experience."
