"The first room we got on 7th floor had been smoked in, even the hallway smells like cigarettes. The room is dark and the ac is loud but not cold.
Moved to 2nd room on 10th floor, but ac is weak and couldn't fail asleep due to the room is not cold. Phone the staff at the main floor, was told the temperature can not be adjusted in guess room because it is centralised controlled and no one has control over the temperature expect the boss.
Moved to 3rd room on 3rd floor, was told it will be cooler. It did but the room smells like just been renovated and there are strong chemical smells.
Would not recommend. Staff was ok but the building is falling apart, there is cracked and tilted ceiling right next to the check in counter, and there are temporary support beam holding the ceiling up."
