it was convenient to have a self service laundry on site, which saved us a lot of time and money to go out and hunt for laundry place. Also the breakfast came with the room offers many vegan choices, which is a plus.

Very clean hotel Lots of fun idea in room and Huge bathroom with big shower room and Tiny tub. Lots options for breakfast Night market right outside the hotel with select date. Very good shuttle service to airport. Hopefully there are some airport pick up service.

Room very spaces, large king size beds, nice clean hotel. There's no nearby good restaurant in the area with walkable distance. Main transportation is via taxi, hotel has complimentry drop off to high speed rail station or Taoyuan international airport (limit time schedue) which can save one way cost.

We were here 24 hours for a connecting flight, however the hotel was super clean, staff spoke English well and they were super helpful, and the breakfast buffet was off the hook AMAZING for the price. I definitely recommend this place and hope to stay longer next time!

I was extremely disappointed with the television not having English language as an option at all. I personally found that to be rather discriminatory, as there are travelers across the globe who visit there, especially since it is so close to the airport. Many people have long layovers and do that location is very ideal. Lastly the do no have wash cloths at all either.

Perfect for a layover! We had a 12 hour layover with an early morning connection flight. Transfer to the hotel was easy by taxi and since we had to leave early the next day, the staff made a 4am taxi reservation for the next morning directly during check-in which let us rest with peace of mind. When we came downstairs to check out at 4am the taxi was already there waiting for us and everything went perfectly smooth. The room was spacious and clean and the baby crib that I requested during reservation was there as expected. Definitely will stay there again if I have another layover in Taiwan.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Overall, it’s a very nice place, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the laundry facilities could really use some improvement. That being said, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

Clean room and very comfortable bed for a layover before catching connecting flight. Only provided shuttle to airport. Taxi ride from airport to the hotel with our bags cost us 300NT. There is 2 convenience shop right opposite the hotel.
