The room itself was nice and comfortable, but unfortunately there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. It really affected the overall experience. If the smell issue is fixed, it would be a great place to stay.
It’s a self check-in hotel that eliminates the front desk staff. Hence, there’s no human touch at all. Though the hotel is pretty new and good but I still prefers the human touch that you can talk to when you needed help or an enquiry and not talking to a machine. The other negative point was to check-in at 1600 hrs which is rather not the norm.
This room had roaches. It was dirty and the pics on the site is a scam. It is all photoshopped. I requested to check out and the wanted to charge me for the 4 days. Terrible service!!
The building "guard" or information person did not speak English and we thought the Hotel was actually next door until those people told us to go back to the original loby. The hotel is ONE floor of a 12 story +/- building - floor 9. You need to go to floor 9 to check in. Check in took a long time and we needed to call for help - the instructions were unclear about what reservation number or what PARTS of the reservation number needed to be entered - the instructions showed the full code with letter dashes and n X but the computer only wanted the NUMBERS AFTER the dashes. There is a 7- eleven very near and a convenience store next door.
Checking in and out was convenient; however, on checking in, our booking number and confirmation number was not accepted and we had to call the customer service. I am not sure if this is the hotel's error or Expedia.
Toiletries, towels, and drinking water were not replenished automatically
For foreign travelers, please hire employees that can speak basic English. Upon checking in, I suggest that the property will have public wifi to atleast access emails especially if there will be any problems with the checking-in procedure as per experience, the property can only provide QR codes(as key card for the room) thru emails. Cleanliness wise, the room has LOTS of hair and seems that the paper cups provided had not been changed every cleaning. The stay would have been above average if the room were spotlessly clean.

We arrived at night, so the check-in was very difficult as everything is automated. We had to call and have a customer service rep call us back to walk us through the whole hour process as this was so unfamiliar to us. No one will check on you. You can request your room to be cleaned every 3 days. And, If you want towels, etc, you will have to call customer service to call the maid to bring towels etc. Put trash outside your door and the maid will dump it in the morning. Be sure to set up Uber Eats so you can have food delivered. You will be a 5-10 minute walk to a small mall and cinema. The room was clean and only saw one bug during my week there.
