I booked this hotel for 2 nights, NTD 2,380/night via Expedia. Actually I booked this hotel for my client, no for myself. I had notified frontdesk that the check-in person was my friend, then his credit card was swipted while checked-in. However, my friend can't get commercial invoice while he checked-out 2 days later, saying it must be gained "authorized letter" from me, additionally the room rate was increased from NTD2,380/night to be NTD2,758/night. How hell it is... So, My questions are: 1) Why credit card can't switch over to booking person to consignee? 2) Why the rook rate was increasing from NTD 2,380 to NTD 2,758 while paied in front desk?

Very good services

I had stayed one night to catch up a morning flight. Although the room rate included breakfast, I cannot enjoy. The staff of front desk had suggested to provide breakfast box instead. And also helped me call taxi in advance.
