A late flight arrival got me to the hotel around 10 PM. I have mobility issues. This hotel has no allowances for this, and requires ascending seven stairs before the main door is reached. Well the lobby is unlocked, but there is no one in attendance. That requires an elevator to the fifth floor. This made for a very poor start and it is difficult to say anymore after that, however, this needs to be resolved by the hotel or they need to make sure That this is noted on the websites they use for booking. All else at the hotel was acceptable.

What sets this hotel apart: If you are looking for a convenient place to stay along the border of New Taipei City and Taoyuan with easy access to public transportation such as bus and subway (MRT), Taoyuan International Airport (the main/biggest airport in Taiwan), and abundant restaurant choices, then this is a great candidate. Positives: - Location: 1) Right next to Taoyuan Airport MRT (Subway), literally attached to it, in the same building, with right access on the second floor. It's three stops away. 2) 40 minutes ride to Taipei Main Station - the heart of Taipei (Capital of Taiwan) 3) Across street from one of the most famous hospitals in Taiwan: Chang Gung Hospital. Convenient for healthcare workers receiving and giving trainings, attending seminars at the hospital. 4) Five minutes' walk to Linkou Bus Terminal, which is the main bus terminal that will take you to other parts of Taoyuan as well as other cities in Taiwan 5) Restaurants, street foods all within minutes walking distance. There is a food court on the second floor as well. The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and professional. They go out of their way to be helpful. The Fullon Hotel Taoyuan is conveniently located across a main road with pedestrian cross walks as well as a skywalk to the Taoyuan Chang Gung hospital. Taiwan's MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) station A8 is situated in the same building as the hotel with indoor access. Express and commuter trains conveniently take you to the Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) in 15-20 minutes. MRT trains and buses take you to Taipei. The Hotel has an attached, small, 3-floor shopping mall featuring an upscale, international food court and restaurants and retail shops. The main road as well as side streets is lined with street food vendors offering all kinds of traditional Taiwanese fares.
