Beautiful hotel with best in class staff. After some less stellar hotels on a trip through Italy and an extremely long travel day, arriving here felt like a miracle between beautiful rooms with incredible views, great food at Brace, and the most welcoming team onsite. checking out was hard - we did not want to leave!!

Our stay at Belmond hotel was amazing, we got a complimentary room upgrade to a junior suite which was beautiful. Blemond sant andrea has the most beautiful sea view in Taormina. Breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious too. I'll definitely stay at Belmond sant adrea again!

Excellent service. Some things weren’t right but the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure things were fixed as soon as possible. Everyone was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

My husband and I stayed at Belmond Santa Andrea in Taormina to celebrate my birthday. The property is in a prime location, beautiful views throughout. Room service is amazing, restaurants are ok. Staff is friendly, some are a little serious/ pretentious. Rooms are outdated and restrooms are in desperate need of a renovation. There is mold in the shower’s. Not the best belmond property we’ve stayed at. Definitely room for improvement. Wouldn't stay here again unless renovated. The staff at belmond timeo are better trained and food is much better up there as far as restaurants and bar.

Staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The food in the hotel is outstanding and the chefs are very flexible and will make dishes which are not on the menu to accommodate your requirements. Overall had a great stay. The location of the hotel is excellent as well on a lovely beach.

Fairy tale trip

This was our first trip to Taormino and everything was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated on the Ionian Sea. The town is cute and fun to walk around. The hotel staff was wonderful and very welcoming.

The hotel, location, size , professional staff, all made our stay fantastic. The pizza at the pool bar was the best we had all over Italy! My only negative was the price of wines by the glass, and it seemed that unless you specify a particular price range (which I learned quickly to do) they poured a very pricey option, $25-30/glass!
