A must visit

Perfect location, couldn’t be better. The best restaurant in the city is a hidden gem 5 steps from the front door, it is quiet and clean and the host was more than helpful!

Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay... the space was modern and clean, and the location is awesome, overlooking the Duomo square. So lots of opportunity to people watch if that's your thing! The suite is also very quiet which is surprising given it's location. And you're steps away from central Taormina with all of its sites, and beauty, and shops, and restaurants...✨

Excellent apartment

Location was excellent close to car park Main Street and all facilities. Supermarket close by DECÒ is great Beautiful terrace but a sunshade is needed for the daytime. It is shaded at evening time Comfy beds and all very modern

Stayed 4 nights during November 2025 Our stay at Castalia Apartments was mixed. While the location was convenient, the apartment itself had several drawbacks: • The entrance to the building was very dark, with no lighting available. • We experienced a few short power outages and, more significantly, lost hot water for about 12 hours due to an electrical issue with the water heater. • The apartment did not offer any view, which was disappointing given Taormina’s scenic surroundings. On the positive side, the owner was extremely responsive and proactive. Each time an issue arose, he arrived within 30 minutes to address it. He was also flexible and accommodating with our late check-in at 9 PM, which we appreciated. Overall, while the apartment had some challenges, the owner’s attentiveness and flexibility stood out as a positive.

Det här var den perfekta lägenheten 👌 Allt man behöver fanns, vattenkokare, kafffemaskin med kapslar, microvågsugn, brödrost, vinglas, diskmedel, svamp, trasa, kökshandduk, hårfön, strykjärn, strykbräda, tofflor, duschkräm, body lotion, air condition (1 i sovrummet, 1 i vardagsrummet). Bästa läget med utsikt över Piazza Duomo och Corso Umberto. Gianfranco är en supertrevlig kille som mötte oss och hjälpte till att bära vårt bagage, gav oss tips på restauranger och bokade taxi till flygplatsen. Vi fick checka in tidigare och checka ut senare. Lägenheten är superren, vacker och modern. Vi rekommenderar verkligen alla att bo där. Rekommenderar också Osteria RossoDiVino som ligger några meter ifrån till vänster när man kommer ut genom porten. Fantastisk mat och service, lite dyrare men det är det värt 👌
