"3rd week here, my room wouldn't get hot water the whole time. Only a trickle of water with no pessure coming out of shower head, only luke-warm. No fresh towels available for 2 days as they were wet. Tv in chinese, remote too, fan goes off when light turned off. "Couldn't have asked for more. Staff were excellent and made friendships with several. Room cleaned daily. Beautiful outlook to the bay. Restaurant meals were divine; we ate here every night for 7 nights. Great entertainment every night as well which was unexpected. 5 stars"

"Lagoon Gardens is by far the best place to stay in Port Vila. The lush gardens right on the lagoon create a peaceful and unique atmosphere. Morgan, Yvette, and the entire team were incredibly kind and always happy to help, whether it was booking tours or assisting with anything else we needed. The facilities are excellent: there’s a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor BBQ area, and free kayaks so you can explore the lagoon anytime you like. They also provide snorkeling gear, which you can take with you on your beach trips. We’d definitely come back without hesitation! It felt like home. "

"I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it. "
