"L’hygiène de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. Le linge de lit n’avait visiblement pas été lavé et les serviettes étaient dans le même état. J’ai dû faire appel à une femme de ménage et acheter de nouvelles serviettes. La cuisine était dans un état de saleté tel qu’elle était inutilisable, et il n’y avait même pas de bouteilles de gaz. Une expérience très décevante que je ne recommande pas."

"Mnar Castle is a great hotel to stay at. Located in the mountains, it's a clean, accessible resort to stay at, with plenty of activities in the local area to suit a range of guests and that appeal to everyone. "Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Unlike neighboring hotels like Kenzo (hated my experience there) Barcelo staff is professional and courteous. They make you feel welcomed unlike the Kenzo hotel. They have dining options. Rooms have balconies for views of the beach. The pool is nice and quiet. It's expensive overall but it's worth it. "

"Our stay was so lovely, the staff were all so kind especially Miss Hamina who made sure we had everything we needed and was always very attentive of our needs. She was the sweetest. The breakfast was incredible. The only thing that we did not like was there some a used glove on the chair in the work desk in the room. It looked used and we didn’t know where it came from. Other than that, everything was great!"

"We were greeted with Moroccan tea and a sweet while we checked in. Staff were friendly and helpful carried bags to our room and gave us advice on cost for taxis etc. The room was small but had everything we needed including fresh fruit. Breakfast was included and a great start to the day. Great location for exploring the Medina and corniche. "
