"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "notre villa suite donne sur le jardin et le mont batung au fond.tres belle salle de bain extérieure, le personnel extrêmement gentil , ils ne sont peu etre pas assez nombreux.Il y a 3 suites villas avec des vues et des tailles différentes. nous n'avions pas la vue rizière mais c etait plus grand et plus belle salle de bain."

"Ich bin schon viel gereist, aber ein so tolles Hotel in einer so fantastischen Lage kenne ich kein zweites. Sideman ist ein ruhiges Bergdorf mit einigen sehr guten Warungs. Das besondere ist jedoch die entspannte und ruhige Lage inmitten von Reisfeldern und mit Blick auf den Mount Agung. Der Service, die Ausstattung der Zimmer wie auch das Essen sind top. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert. Ich komme wieder."
