Room and hotel was nice but there was NO jacuzzi on site as described on Expedia! It was the reason we choose this hotel & would've chosen the other cheaper hotel we were looking at without a jacuzzi!!!

The staff was amazing and did their very best. Unfortunately the hotel was experiencing some issues that made the stay less than pleasant. The room key system was down. We had to wait for a staff member to walk us to our room every time. The usb outlets in the room did not work as well.
