We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean. The food was amazing including around the pool. Staff are so friendly. The location is perfect, nice and close to the bars, restaurants and beach lots to do. Would definitely stay again

The room was great, the staff always greeted me with s smile & a bow. The complimentary dinner & wine was great, but my ears ate only starting yo recover from the singing !!!. Overall, a great stay with you.

Best thing is the location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance and in my opinion the best area after venturing out further afield. Rooms have terrible lighting though, which is very frustrating. Air con far too noisy. Staff were fabulous though, great choice on brekkie, lovely takeaway pizza at night, good choice of 2 pools

Decent price for the stay. Wifi could be a bit iffy and sometimes the breakfast options could pall but all in all, like I said, decent. About a 10-15 minute walk to a very clean and fairly empty beach. Even more beautiful beach only a 15 minute taxi ride. Local restaurants were good and walkable. I wish we had thought of the hotel massage option as my wife had a hotel organized massage on the last day and said it was the best of the trip. Would I come back? Yes, I think so. Good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located about 100 meters from the beach. The service was good, and the reasonably priced Western dishes tasted good.

Staff were excellent, initial problem with no wifi signal was resolved the next day. Booked a villa overlooking the pool but must say that it was in need of updating,looking very tired. Pool bar area very similar with missing tiles and algae around the elephant fountains. Signs around pool stating that towels on sunbeds will be temoved if not used for more than an hour yet towels placed on beds to reserve from before 7am and not in use until patrons had finished breakfast anytime up until 10am. As stated,staff were great but badly managed on the whole.

Absolutely amazing stay!!

First time to Khao Lak and the hotel was amazing!! Staff were always on hand, always attentive to everything and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will def return again!! Khop khun krub!!

As alway the staff in Thailand are always friendly and helpful, this hotel is amazing value for money,my apartment overlooked the swimming pool which is very clean and a very good size,plenty of sun loungers,the room was very clean, plenty of hot water ,shampoo and shower gel, not stupid little bottles, not the best bed for me but everyone is different, breakfast was really nice,plenty on offer,nice coffee,I would definitely visit again if I were staying in this town,thanks to all the staff for making it a very happy visit.

Nice and quiet. Good location. The pool areas was nice and with sun beds available all the time. Very friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioner was very noicy (we stayed in a villa) and the room could have been vacuum cleaned more often.

Perfect for relaxing

Stay only 2nts. Everything you need its no problem asking for a mattress topper was easy. Staff are lovely and restaurant has Italian meals for dinner. Close to the street for shopping.

Great staff, room disappointment.

Was ok, the first room we got was super small, we changed to the “vila” was was super old and dirty. We had a lot of ants in the room so we changed again and then it was much better but only for the last night. The service of course was amazing, the staff really tried to fix and arrange everything, we even got a plate of fruit to the room as an apology, but the hotel and villas are just too old and cranky. We paid around 90€ per night, guess one can find a better value for money then this place.

Birthday Celebration.

Fabulous resort with staff who couldn't do enough for you. Always friendly, smiling and just wanting to please guests. The fun pool with the swimup bar was fantastic. Breakfast was varied and delicious.
