Good stay

The room was quite old but clean. The shape was a bit strange...The dinner was good. Good location and nice with free parking. Nice private hot bath for the whole family

感覺非常差，非常令人失望的飯店

感覺的出來以前是一家非常高級的飯店，但是現在已經年久失修。湯屋很可怕，已經很久沒有清潔了，裡面都是厚厚的水垢跟青苔，進去要小心不然會滑倒。沐浴區的鏡子上面充滿了水垢，洗髮精沐浴乳的罐子看起來已經年代久遠用起來味道也非常的可怕。總之，整體感覺很差，用餐區的椅子木頭掉了釘子露出來還差點被他砸到真的非常的危險。總之以現在這個價格真是太不值得了，非常不推。希望飯店主人可以好好的整修它讓他恢復往日的榮光。現在請大家最好不要去住，真的非常不值得

오쿠히다 지역의 온천수는 유황온천이라 침전물이 있다고 들었습니다. 그래서 온천수에 떠다니는 것들이 그런 침전물인줄 알았는데 자세히 보니 때가 많이 섞여있었어요. Staff은 친절했고 응대도 적절했지만 물이 깨끗하지 않다고 생각하니 다시 가고 싶지 않습니다. 잘때 공조기에서 나는 소리가 너무 시끄러워서 귀마개를 하고 잤어요.

おかみさんやスタッフの皆様に親切丁寧に対応していただきました。気さくなコミュニケーションのとれるスタッフさんが多かったです！お部屋は普通です。冷蔵庫はあまり綺麗ではありまません、冷えもまぁまぁです。お風呂は綺麗です。お湯は温めです。熱いのが好きな方は露天風呂の釜風呂の所はちょうど良かったです！

Enjoyable Hot Springs

Nice place. Rooms could use some updating. The hot baths were excellent and enjoyable (various choices of public and private). Folks running the place were kind and easy-going. We would recommend this hotel.

很超值的溫泉旅館，雖然有點年代但是保存很好，房間很大早餐非常美味，每一位接待的爺爺奶奶都非常熱情又親切。住客可以免費租下私人露天溫泉間，一共有三間，這次因為疫情沒人，飯店直接讓我們包下2間慢慢泡，當天正好下雪，難得體驗雪中溫泉。距離公車總站走路2分鐘而已，這是我目前體驗最好的溫泉旅館之一

舊式的旅館 酒店住客見到好多都係日本的老人家 酒店外型新 但內裏就比較古式 有點殘舊 好似返到去80年代 酒店的老人家服務員很親切 去了浴場浸溫泉 所以冇用房間內的浴室 房內的浴室較昏暗 房間內的雪櫃好舊 我未見過咁樣嘅雪櫃 及有點污糟

나카무라칸 비용대비 최고의 서비스를 받을 수 있어요.

이 금액으로 료칸을 경험할 수 있다니 너무 좋았어요. 다른 료칸과 비교한다해도 부족함이 없습니다. 일단 숙박비가 저렴하고 필요시에 추가하는 시스템으로 료칸을 저렴하게 경험하시기를 원하시는 분에게 추천 팁으로는 저녁 9시30분부터 다음날 아침까지 단 둘만 이용할 수 있는 개인 노천탕이 단돈 3만원!!!! ㅠ.ㅠ 그리고 일반 대중탕도 무료로 이용할 수 있다는 사실. 룸도 넓어요. 이곳에 가면 꼭 나카무라 칸을 다시 이용할 거에요.

Firstly, it was hard to find. There were other tourrlsts looking for the same hotel as we were. The Onsen had a lot of white fibre floating in the water. Whatever it was I did not stay long enough to find out. Even though our room has air conditioning it was not working. We were told to open windows to a very noisy backyard operation that included air conditioning units from other hotels that are working.

便利な温泉旅館

上高地への観光で利用しました。 平湯バスターミナルへ徒歩5分とかからず、アクセスは非常に良いところです。午後の早い時間までクルマを置かせていただいので、駐車場の心配をしなくて助かりました。 また、EV車の普通充電設備もあるので、宿泊している間に充電できて便利でした。 スタッフの方々も皆さん親切で、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。
